How do I see who's accessing a Linux server?

So I have an ubuntu machine currently running as a home media server among other things. I allow access to my media server via the internet using Plex (via myPlex). The media is accessed using a specific port on the machine. Is there any way I can see the IP addresses of the clients streaming content from the server?

I figured there would be a way to do this by monitoring the specific port somehow, but wasn't able to find anything with some quick googling. Please let me know how this is done on Linux/Ubuntu. Your help is appreciated!
